Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of this website and the free Revenue Leak Scan.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AgentAI, Inc. ("AgentAI," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern your use of this website and the free Revenue Leak Scan.

By submitting a form on this site, requesting a Revenue Leak Scan, or otherwise contacting or transacting with us through the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not submit information to us through the site.

If you are using this site on behalf of a medical practice or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" means both you and it.

2. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. This site is intended for healthcare practices in the United States and their staff and advisors. We make no representation that this site or the Revenue Leak Scan is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. It is not directed to patients, and patient information should not be sent to us through it — see section 4.

3. What These Terms Do Not Cover

These Terms cover this website and the free Revenue Leak Scan. They do not cover:

  • Paid billing and revenue cycle services. Those are governed by the separate written services agreement you sign with us. Where that agreement and these Terms disagree, that agreement controls.
  • Protected health information. Our handling of PHI is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed before any PHI is transferred. Where a BAA and these Terms disagree, the BAA controls. Nothing in these Terms modifies a BAA.

4. The Revenue Leak Scan

The Revenue Leak Scan is a free, read-only analysis of a defined period of your billing data. Requesting one creates no obligation for you to buy anything from us, and no obligation for us to perform a scan — we may decline or discontinue any request.

Three things about the scan matter enough to state plainly:

  • No data moves before a BAA is signed. Scoping happens first, a BAA is executed, and only then is read-only access arranged. Please do not submit patient information, medical records, or any other PHI through the forms on this website. Those forms are for contact details and a short description of your practice. If you do send us PHI through this site, we may delete it, and we are not responsible for it.
  • The findings are an informed estimate, not a guarantee. A scan reports what we observe in the period reviewed and what we believe it is worth. It is not an audit, it is not legal, tax, compliance, or coding advice, and it is not a promise of recoverable dollars. Decisions you make on the basis of a scan are yours.
  • The scan report is confidential. A scan report we deliver to you is provided for your internal evaluation. It contains our confidential methodology, benchmarks, and analysis. You may share it inside your organization and with your professional advisors, but you may not publish it or provide it to a competing billing or revenue cycle vendor without our written permission.

5. Calculators, Estimates, and Figures on This Site

This site includes calculators, a sample report, benchmarks, and performance figures. They are illustrative. They rest on assumptions that will not match every practice, they are not quotes or offers, and they do not predict your results. Where a figure comes from our own books or from a public source, we say so next to it. Pricing shown or implied by a calculator is indicative only; actual pricing comes from a signed agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • break any applicable law, or use the site for any unlawful purpose;
  • submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission — including submitting another person's contact details or impersonating anyone;
  • send us PHI or other sensitive personal information through the site's forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any related system, or probe or test its security;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the site, except as our robots.txt expressly permits, or use it to train or fine-tune a model;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or circumventing rate limits, bot protection, or other safeguards;
  • use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

7. Our Content and Trademarks

The site and everything on it — text, graphics, video, layout, software, and the AgentAI name, logo, and product names — belongs to AgentAI or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. Except as the next paragraph allows, everything else — copying, republishing, modifying, distributing, or using our marks — needs our written permission.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome here. We publish this site to be found, read, quoted, and cited — by people and by machines. We permit search engines, AI assistants, and similar services to access, index, quote, summarize, and cite the public pages of this site, and to retrieve them at the time of a question in order to answer it, in each case as our robots.txt permits at the time of access.

We do not permit the use of this site as training data. Our robots.txt states this directly, as Content-Signal: search=yes,ai-train=no,use=reference, and that signal governs: reading this site to answer a question is welcome, retaining it to train or fine-tune a model is not. Nothing here grants a training licence by implication.

We ask only that quotations be accurate, that they carry attribution to AgentAI and a link to the page quoted where the format allows, and that they not be presented in a way suggesting endorsement or affiliation we have not given. This permission covers the public marketing pages of this site. It does not cover any scan report, any document or portal we make available to you as a client, or any page behind a login, and it does not grant rights in our name or logo beyond identifying us as the source.

Third-party names and marks that appear on this site, including the practice management, EHR, and clearinghouse systems we connect to, belong to their respective owners. Naming them describes interoperability; it does not imply their endorsement or affiliation, except where we say otherwise.

8. What You Send Us

You keep ownership of the information you submit through this site. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and process it to respond to you, to perform and deliver a scan you requested, and to operate, secure, and improve our services. You confirm that you have the right to give us that information, and that sending it does not breach any obligation you owe to someone else.

We may create de-identified and aggregated data from information you provide, and use it for any lawful purpose, including benchmarking and improving our models and services. De-identified and aggregated data does not identify you, your practice, or any patient. Our handling of protected health information is governed solely by the applicable Business Associate Agreement, and nothing in this section expands what that agreement permits.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about this site or our services, we may use them without restriction and without any obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Links

The site links to pages we do not control, including news coverage and source material. Those links are for reference. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and the Revenue Leak Scan are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, AgentAI makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content, figure, or estimate on it is complete or current.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, compliance, coding, or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AgentAI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to this website or the Revenue Leak Scan — whether the claim is brought in contract, tort, or on any other basis, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

For direct damages, our total liability arising out of or relating to this website and the Revenue Leak Scan is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for them in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions or limits. Where that is the case, they apply to you only as far as the law allows. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability relating to protected health information is governed exclusively by the applicable Business Associate Agreement, and liability relating to paid billing and revenue cycle services is governed exclusively by the applicable signed services agreement; in each case this section does not apply.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AgentAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of this website, your breach of these Terms, information you submit through the site, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.

We will notify you promptly of any claim for which we seek indemnification. You may control its defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to us, and we may participate at our own expense. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes an obligation on us, or admits fault on our behalf, without our written consent. This section does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and AgentAI agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website, and each of us consents to venue there.

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or the Revenue Leak Scan must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred — except where applicable law does not permit a shortened limitations period.

14. Electronic Communications and Consent to Contact

When you submit a form on this site or otherwise contact us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

If you give us a phone number, you agree that we may call you at that number about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by contacting us using the details in section 19.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time, and we may restrict or block access to it — including yours — without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. The confidentiality obligation in section 4, sections 7, 8, 10 through 13, and section 18 survive any termination, along with any other provision that by its nature should survive.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it, and forms part of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the revised version here and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will make that clear. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Changes do not apply retroactively to any dispute that arose before the change took effect. If you have an open scan request when we post a material change, we will tell you by email at the address you gave us.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Together with the Privacy Policy — and, where they apply, your signed services agreement and BAA — these Terms are the entire agreement between you and AgentAI regarding this website.

These Terms do not create any rights for anyone other than you and AgentAI. Notices to us should go to the address in section 19; notices to you may be sent to the email address you gave us or posted on this site. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect meaning.

The first agentic billing company. Agents carry every claim; experts fight for the hard dollars.

The honest math

Leak figures model a practice collecting $1M/yr, using conservative industry benchmarks totaling 4.5% of billings, with AgentAI credited for recovering only 50% of each leak. Fees applied to collected amounts; comparison biller at 5.5%. Speed figures (same-day claims, next-day denial action, automated status checks) are measured on live practices on the AgentAI platform, 2026. “Up to 95% of actions” refers to platform actions handled by agents on mature, fully-onboarded books. Your actual numbers come from a Revenue Leak Scan of your own data. Every claim has an owner and an outcome — nothing goes quiet.

Tiered fee on fee-bearing collections: standard rates apply to the first $2.5M each contract year, with 2.9% above that amount, meaning your overall rate exceeds 2.9%. Tiers reset each contract year. Rates and terms are set in your signed agreement. Subject to acceptance by AgentAI, Inc. or its affiliates; this offer may be modified or withdrawn.
