The business case runs on your numbers.
Aim: one-third lower total billing cost, including retained work and transition.

| Retained team work | 17 |
| Transition, spread over review period | 5 |
| All-in cost index | 67 |
Assumed components, not observed savings. Agree volume, review period, quality and collections targets before go-live. Test total cost weekly.
Start with one clinic.
One EMR. 1–2 practices. Approve each module. Expand by separate agreement.
01 / Launch
Connect. Approve. Begin.
Agree targets in writing. Your billing lead approves each module.

*Practice-management system posts; agents match and check. Coding stays a pilot. Appeals in development.
Each write action needs sign-off. Timing depends on access and validation. *Second EMR is outside the initial pilot.
02 / Review weekly
See what changes.
Review cost, speed, quality and cash every week. The pilot shows progress; the target is where it keeps going.
Full measurement plan
Agree in writing before go-live: claims and visits per month; staff hours, total billing cost and cost per claim; visit-to-claim days, days in A/R and days to payment; clean-claim, rejection and denial rates; net collection rate and A/R over 60/90 days; agent share starting at zero. Track weekly with agreed denominators and comparable periods.

03 / Day 120
Decide together.
Review targets together. Extend to Day 180 by mutual agreement, or hand back the work.

Your team.
Team lead: decisions. Billing lead: approvals and agent questions. IT: credentials and security.
Bring your baseline and up to two years’ claims, remittances and work logs.
Our team.
Connectors, rules, agents and billing support. Daily filing and appeal deadline checks; at-risk claims escalated to named owners.
A clear exit.
Your data stays yours. Open work, deadlines and logs handed over. Data returned in standard formats and deleted as the BAA directs. EMR unchanged.
Before we begin.
What about coding and payments?
Coding stays biller-reviewed. The practice-management system posts payments; agents match and check. Appeals are in development.
How is our data used?
Each practice’s rules and data are its own, used only for that practice under its agreement. What carries across practices is our specialty billing experience and the agents themselves, never another practice’s data. De-identified learning never identifies patients or practices.
Plan your pilot.
Bring your first clinic, systems and priorities. Together, we’ll define the scope, responsibilities and measures for a rollout decision.
